Are these earrings from a collection of Chinese imperial jewelry?  They sure look like it.  I’ve always been fascinated by the green gem called Maw-Sit-Sit.  The gem was discovered in Burma in 1963 by world-renowned gemologist, Dr. Edward Gubelin.  This pair has a very unique shape and pattern.  It’s a rock like lapis lazuli and is composed of different minerals.  The deep green in this gem is actually jadeite.  The harmonious companion is, of course, a brilliant round tsavorite.  These drop ear clips are hinged for eye-catching movement.  I know you have just the right outfit to complement these wonderful one-of-a-kind ear clips.
